Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked Texmati® Brown Rice
- 3/4 cup (6 oz) low fat orange yogurt
- 1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
- 2 medium apples, diced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 3/4 cup pecans, toasted, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
Preparation
- Combine yogurt and mayonnaise in large mixing bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
- Serve immediately or chill before serving.
